We hope you fall in love with your Salome design. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your piece you can return it to us up to 28 days after the date of delivery.
Please return all packaging with the item to:

Once the item is received, the refund will be processed immediately, we will send you an email to notify you that the piece has been delivered back to Salome. The return of the item/s will then be processed, and a refund provided. If you have not received you refund past our guided time frame, please contact us at email@example.com.
For items being returned over £20, we suggest using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee your item will be delivered successfully and any items that are not returned are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on bespoke made items. However, exceptions will be made if they are evidenced to be delivered faulty.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. However, exceptions will be made if they are evidenced to be unworn and delivered faulty.
Purchases made at Salome’s retailers are exempt from this policy. Procedures need to be followed in accordance to the policies of the vendor.
We endeavor to make every Salome customer happy. If there is no fault with your piece, only personal preferences, inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss whether we can bespoke the piece to your required adjustments.
